Refund and Returns Policy

At Erfu Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Window (30 Days) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an eligible item. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, manuals, and parts included.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used bedding, used towels, custom-made/personalized items, or final-sale clearance items.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer want the product, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our Responsibility (Damaged or Defective Items): If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item due to our error, Erfu Home will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
4. How to Initiate a Return Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first. To start a return, follow these exact steps:
- Email our support team at info@erfuhome.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos of the issue to your email.
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to mail your package.

Note: If you are shipping an item over €50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. The Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Bancontact).
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to officially post to your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
7. Late or Missing Refunds If you have received a refund confirmation email from us but haven’t seen the funds yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at info@erfuhome.com.
