1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Standard Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET (Monday – Friday) are generally processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CET, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next standard business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Estimated Transit Times (Delivery Time) Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carriers, please expect the following delivery times:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: Approximately 2 working days.
  • Other EU Countries: Approximately 3 to 5 working days.
  • Heavy / Bulky Items: Due to special freight requirements, delivery may take between 5 to 7 working days.

4. Heavy & Bulky Items Certain products in our catalog are exceptionally heavy or oversized and cannot be shipped using standard courier rates.

  • Standard shipping rates do not apply to these items.
  • The exact freight shipping cost for heavy/bulky items will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. In-Store Pickup (Pick Up Only) Certain items are marked as “PICK UP ONLY” on their product pages. These items are not eligible for standard shipping and are only available at our main warehouse.

  • If your order contains a “Pick Up Only” item, you must collect it by appointment.
  • After placing your order, our team will contact you to schedule your pickup time.

6. Transport Damage & Issues We pack every item with extreme care, but accidents during transport can occasionally happen. If your package arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Please email info@erfuhome.com immediately with your Order Number.
  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item, the internal packaging, and all sides of the exterior shipping box. Once we receive this information, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to provide a solution (such as a replacement or refund).
