Refund policy

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to revoke your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount.

These costs are approximately € 10.00 per package, for larger packages this is 30 euros. For the exact rates, consult the website of your carrier or contact us. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can use our withdrawal form or contact us at info@erfuhome.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 30 days after registration of your return, provided that the returned product has already been received in good order. If the product or its packaging is damaged, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Returning

It is always possible that the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or wishes. At Erfuhome, you can indicate within 14 calendar days after delivery that you wish to return the item. If your return meets the conditions, you can then receive a refund.

Check
When you receive your order, it is important that you check it for damage and completeness. After receiving your order, you have 24 hours to report damages and incomplete products.

Conditions for returns
In order to accept and process your return request, we ask that you meet the following conditions:

The request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery;
The product is packed, if possible, in its original packaging (no writing or sticking is allowed on this);
The product is sent in packaging, to avoid damaging the packaging.
Products that have already been assembled and contain traces of this.
Products that are severely damaged that prevent further sale.
Products whose packaging has been completely destroyed and/or is no longer present.
Of which the packaging has been open (are therefore no longer transportable).
For products whose packaging is slightly damaged and/or missing small parts, we will refund a maximum of 40% of the purchase price.
Articles that are made especially for you, on order


If the product is incomplete or damaged, depreciation will be applied to it. Sometimes there may also be a 100% depreciation. We recommend indicating the shipping address on the box, should the package not arrive it can be returned by the shipping company.

Products made especially for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If the package is lost while returning it, Erfuhome is not responsible for it. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge you for the damage. We advise you to send the package by registered mail.

If you meet the above conditions you can use the return form below to request the return. After completing this form you will receive a response within 24 hours with a confirmation of your request. After receiving this confirmation you have two weeks to make the return.

If your return request has been accepted and you subsequently return the package, it is important that you keep the receipt (or track & trace code) of the return shipment so that we can trace the return shipment if the package does not arrive at our warehouse.

Back payment will be within a period of 14 days, after closing the case.
